Arranging Trainings for Vendor’s team and our Call center team
Keeping a close tab on processes being adhered to at the vendor’s end
Quality Check on entire process
Simplification of process
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction

Travel Essentials:
Product Development

Business Development

Enhancement

Special Projects:
360 Degree promotions on website(eg. RT). This would involve pitching for projects, getting mandates and contracts as well as Client Servicing
Airport tie-ups and contests/promotions with outlets at major airports across India
CRM

External Customers:
Shift Thoughts, Rajasthan Tourism, Studio Smile, Any Others.

Internal Customers:
Co-ordination with Different LOB’s; F&A, Tech, UI and Design, Content, Usability, Quality, Dom, OBT

Desired Profile
The candidate should
1.Be a Graduate + MBA from a good B-School.
2.Have a good and consistent academic record.
3.0 – 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing
4.Willing to travel 35% of the time and do the leg-work / liaison with varied corporate clients.
